Abstract Submission Deadline 5:00pm, July 25(Wed), 2018
All abstracts must be submitted in English online through the abstract submission site by the submission deadline. No email submissions will be accepted.
Apart from the usual poster presentations, you can present your work as an oral presentation as well at the forum of ‘Women in Neuroscience’. In this case, choose the presentation type as Poster + Oral. Abstracts submitted for the oral presentation will be reviewed and selected by the organizing committee. The number of oral presentations is subject to the number of abstracts submitted.
Authors should assign their abstract to a specific category. (See Abstract Categories)

The maximum length
allowed is 50 words for a title, 500 words for an abstract body and 100 words for acknowledgements including blank spaces.
Acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to the corresponding author’s email address and the presenting author’s email address immediately upon submission with an abstract number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please do not submit the abstract again, instead please contact the secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The presenting authors
will be required to register for the meeting
in order to have the abstract confirmed. Attending co-authors
will need to register independently.
Please proofread your abstract carefully for formatting, spelling and data errors. Errors can be corrected if revised by July 25(Wed), 2018 at the Preview & Modification menu.
After this date, we cannot make any corrections.
If you choose to withdraw
your abstract, please email your request by July 25(Wed), 2018
, to the secretariat. After this date, your abstract will be published as it was submitted.
